As part of the program, an assigned Certified Energy Manager works closely with your management team to complete the following three steps:

Step 1: Utility Analysis
The first step in our program is to identify and understand the existing design, operations and maintenance parameters of your property. We employ Certified Energy Managers®, Professional Engineers, LEED® Accredited Professionals™, degreed and fully licensed associates who work with clients to identify cost effective energy efficiency opportunities. This comprehensive utility analysis creates a baseline to benchmark your current energy consumption.

Step 2: No Cost/Low Cost Optimization
Using detailed information from the utility audit, we identify no-cost/low-cost savings opportunities to maximize the efficiency of existing technical systems. These operational and maintenance recommendations ensure systems are operating at peak conditions without requiring capital investment.

Step 3: Capital Improvements
Only after your systems are operating at their peak efficiencies will NHS Mechanical provide capital recommendations or options to further reduce utility expenses.
